Uploading members with the eGolf Waiver Premium Edition (Annual Waivers)
BEFORE YOU START: Ensure you send out a communication to your members beforehand to advise them that they'll be receiving an email from eGolf Waiver to complete their annual waiver for cart and/or hire equipment usage. Once done, proceed with the following steps.
1. Log onto the Premium Edition page via: https://contractormanage.contractor-hq.com.au/golf_cart_waiver
2. Click on Upload Members then download the spreadsheet:
3. Open up the sample spreadsheet and review the test entries to understand the format.
4. Export the member records from your database or course management software ensuring you:
NB: You can use Excel to identify duplicates via Home / Conditional Formatting / Highlight Cell Rules / Duplicate Values

- Do not have any duplicated email addresses or mobile/cellphone numbers
- Do not have any spaces in the email and mobile/cellphone columns
- Understand that you do not have to include Membership Pins if they're not relevant to your club

5. Save the file and return to the Premium Edition via https://contractormanage.contractor-hq.com.au/golf_cart_waiver
6. Hit the import button and all contacts will receive an email as per the sample below:
7. Once they're added, review the status on the table:
8. If they complete the waiver via the email and arrive on site and their cart is allocated, then they'll bypass the waiver signing screen until their waiver has expired. If they do not complete the waiver via the email, then they'll complete it via the app and it'll last for 1 year from that date.
9. Once the waiver has expired after 12 months, then they'll receive an automated request to re-complete the waiver.
NB: This is why it's important to remove them from the list IF they cancel their membership with your club or resort.
